OPERATION

 

 

  • Polymer Dope solution poured on to Glass plate within the area covered by precision blade
  • Membrane Thickness controlled through Micrometer arrangement on either side of the blade
  • Precision Blade drawn forward through motorized arrangement for uniform thickness of Dope solution
  • Speed of Blade settable by knob control manually
  • Cast Glass Plate manually removed & dipped into coagulation Bath for Membrane formation.
